Payment
Your reservation is final when you received a confirmation. A deposit of 30% of the total amount is to be payed within 14 days after the confirmation. When you received the confirmation, you will accept our cancelation policy.
The remaining amount is to be payed 7 days before arrival.

Cancelation Policy
When you want to make a cancelation, the following amounts have to be payed:
* 30% of the total ammount up to 42 days before arrival.
* 60% of the total ammount up to 28 days before arrival.
* 90% of the total ammount up to 14 days before arrival.
* 100% of the total ammount within 14 days before arrival or no-show.
Cancelation insurance
The prices do not include a cancelation insruance.
Pets
Your dog can come with you, after consulting us. By bringing your dog you agree to pay 10 euros per night for one dog. With a maximum of two dogs. Please keep in mind that there are no doors between the bedroom and livingroom.
